Litvin studied CNC machining at ORT Maalot between 2007 and 2012 before transitioning into digital business.

From February 2015 to October 2017, he served as an account manager at Starke Solutions in Key West, Florida, where his responsibilities included SEO, keyword research, website performance, and conversion optimization.<ref name="linkedin" />

Between November 2017 and May 2019, he worked as a digital marketing consultant for Sullivan Papain Block McGrath & Cannavo P.C. His work there included website development, SEO, paid media, customer acquisition, and the development of digital marketing operations.<ref name="linkedin" />

Litvin founded We Run Your Ads in January 2018 while continuing his consulting work. The agency became one of his principal entrepreneurial projects and focused on paid advertising and conversion-oriented digital marketing.

During 2018, he also operated an e-commerce project using Shopify and Facebook advertising and completed certifications in web development through freeCodeCamp.

In September 2019, he became a partner at Growhouse Marketing Agency, where he participated in marketing and branding work associated with businesses in the cannabis, hemp, and CBD markets.

From November 2021 to November 2023, Litvin worked as a digital marketing consultant for Swift Medical Solutions.

In August 2022, he and Russell German established Stellar Staff. Litvin became Chief Growth Officer, concentrating on the company's growth and its approach to recruiting remote professionals for businesses.

By 2026, remote staffing had become one of the central areas of Litvin's business activity, alongside his continuing background in digital advertising and performance marketing.
