=== Stellar Staff === In August 2022, Litvin co-founded '''Stellar Staff''' with entrepreneur Russell German. The business was created to provide remote staffing services to companies, particularly businesses in the United States. Litvin became the company's Chief Growth Officer (CGO), taking responsibility for areas related to growth, marketing, customer acquisition, positioning, and the development of the company's remote-staffing model.<ref name="linkedin" /> The idea behind Stellar Staff developed from difficulties its founders said they had encountered while attempting to recruit reliable remote workers. Remote hiring had become increasingly common, but businesses could face large numbers of applicants with substantial differences in experience, communication ability, reliability, and suitability for a particular position. Litvin and German sought to build a staffing process designed around identifying the needs of a role before presenting candidates. Instead of treating virtual-assistant hiring as simply providing businesses with access to a large applicant database, Stellar Staff's model emphasizes recruiting and screening workers before they reach the client's interview stage. The company describes its recruitment process as highly selective and has marketed its candidates as being among the "top 0.1%" of virtual assistants. This figure is a company marketing claim rather than an independently established industry ranking.
